- A phone call to you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival + At the first point of call you will have advised us or been advised of the approximate time of arrival. We understand circumstances change and that is why we will call you 30 minutes beforehand to confirm with you that everything is ok.

Pre-inspection and discussion of your furniture +
A pre-inspection of your furniture is carried out on arrival our technician will assess the type of upholstery your furniture is and determine the most suitable process. Here you are advised of any changes to the over the phone quote. Many companies offer free quotes, but companies can only go by what is told to them at the point of call. Sometimes there are other things to take into consideration such as stains, wear and tear of your Upholstery, discolouration etc... Our technician will advise you whether the information provided meets the criteria of the phone quote (usually it does so don’t panic). This way there are no surprises at the job completion of the job. -
Protecting your carpet, flooring and furnishings +
To avoid any damage to other furnishings, floor coverings are laid out under the furniture before starting with the work -
Apply an Upholstery Cleaning solution +
We apply a Upholstery Cleaning solution which gently lifts any dirt or grime and from the Upholstery. This is required in preparation for the conditioning treatment it will undergo. -
Agitate by hand to release any particles +
Using the hands to massage in the cleaning solution assists in the removal of dirt and grime. Using the hand gets into the crevices of the furniture. -
Use of hot water extraction technique (steam cleaning) +
Our hot water extraction technique, extracts germs, spores and bacteria, removes the dirt which builds up over time, and lifts the upholstery. Your upholstery will be left looking and feeling clean and fresh, you will be left knowing they are. -
Brush hair back on imitation suede +
If you have furniture that is imitation suede, brushing the hair back after cleaning giving it back the look of suede -
Apply a protectant +
A scotch guard protectant is applied to protect your upholstery, which aids in longer lasting upholstery. **extra charges occur. -
Provision of air mover*** +
Many of us feel we haven’t had that special care from the hairdressers unless we have a blow dry. You may feel your Upholstery needs that complete treatment and require blow drying. We can provide an air mover.*prior arrangements need to be made. Extra charges occur.
