Our Process includes the following:

A phone call to you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival

At the first point of call you will have advised us or been advised of the approximate time of arrival. We understand circumstances change and that is why we will call you 30 minutes beforehand to confirm with you that everything is ok.
Pre-inspection of your Rug/s +
A pre-inspection of your Rug/s is carried out on arrival and you are advised of any changes to the over the phone quote. Many companies offer free quotes, but companies can only go by what is told to them at the point of call. Sometimes there are other things to take into consideration such as stains, wear and tear of your Mattress, discolouration etc... Our technician will advise you whether the information provided meets the criteria of the phone quote (usually it does so don’t panic). This way there are no surprises at the job completion of the job.
The moving of basic furniture +
We are happy to move basic furniture for you, this includes small items of furniture examples are coffee tables, bedside tables etc… this is as per our OH&S.
Pre-vacuum of your Rug/s +
Often you may decide to vacuum your own Rug, this is a good thing to do, however we are more than happy to vacuum your Rug for you. Dust mite skins and excretion, as well as other lung irritants can easily be bypassed through standard vacuuming, our vacuums are industrial grade with a HEPPA filter and assist in a superior clean. * Charges Apply
Pre-spray of solution using environmentally friendly chemicals +
All of our chemicals are environmentally friendly. They are safe for you and your loved ones, including your pets. A pre-spray mix is applied prior to extraction (this contains shampoos which are specially formulated) and by using minimal hot water at the final rinse, thus ensuring drying times are reduced. This also contains a chemical for deodorizing and sanitizing of your Rug. With our environment suffering with so many chemicals you can rest assured you are helping toward a safe environment.
Agitation of solution to lift ingrained particles +
In order to get the best results, the solution is designed to lift soil particles, the agitation of the solution helps this process.
Steam clean your Rug (use of hot water extraction technique) +
For many years the question was asked “how do you use steam to clean a Rug?” it is not an unusual question to ask and it is most certainly not a silly question, because when you see your Rug being steam cleaned, you think steam is being used, right? In fact what is happening is hot water is being sprayed and extracted so quickly it looks like steam. This hot water extraction technique, extracts germs, spores and bacteria, removes the dirt which builds up over time, and lifts the Rug pile. Your Rug will be left looking and feeling clean and fresh, you will be left knowing they are.
Place plastic covers** under furniture to prevent colour transference +
Sometimes the colour from your furniture may be transferred to Rug/Mattress, this may happen if your furniture has dye that runs. To prevent this, plastic covers are placed under the furniture ** only if and where necessary
Provision of air mover*** +
Many of us feel we haven’t had that special care from the hairdressers unless we have a blow dry. You may feel your Rug needs that complete treatment and require blow drying. We can provide an air mover.*prior arrangements need to be made. Extra charges occur.

No Power ?

No Problem! We have our own generator so if you are moving out and have already turned off the electricity, it is not a problem.
