Our Process includes the following:

A phone call to you approximately 30 minutes prior to arrival

At the first point of call you will have advised us or been advised of the approximate time of arrival. We understand circumstances change and that is why we will call you 30 minutes beforehand to confirm with you that everything is ok.
Pre-inspection of your Furniture +
A pre-inspection of your furniture is carried out on arrival and you are advised of any changes to the over the phone quote. Many companies offer free quotes, but companies can only go by what is told to them at the point of call. Sometimes there are other things to take into consideration such as stains, wear and tear of your leather, discolouration etc... Our technician will advise you whether the information provided meets the criteria of the phone quote (usually it does so don’t panic). This way there are no surprises at the job completion of the job.
Protecting your carpet, flooring and furnishings +
To avoid any damage to other furnishings, floor coverings are laid out under the furniture before starting with the work
Apply a leather cleaning solution +
We apply a leather cleaning solution which gently lifts any dirt or grime and from the leather. This is required in preparation for the conditioning treatment it will undergo
Agitation by hand to release any particles +
Using the hands to massage in the cleaning solution assists in the removal of dirt and grime. Using the hand gets into the crevices of the furniture.
Agitation of solution to lift ingrained particles +
In order to get the best results, the solution is designed to lift soil particles, the agitation of the solution helps this process.
Apply a conditioning treatment +
Aconditioning treatment is applied to your leather, it is left for a little time for the leather to absorb it, thereby rehydrating the leather.
Apply a protectant +
A protectant is applied to retain the moisture from the conditioning treatment. This is left for a little time before the buffing commences
Buff the leather +
The buffing process produces a shine on your leather bringing it back to life making it feel new and soft, leaving a fresh clean feeling. You will be surprised by the results and you will most certainly be happy with the results
